The following introduction is a story of how the so-called "Social Media Expert" Mike 'iSocialCop' Bires and I have had a very conflicted relationship in my needs to hold a social media sharing interface to bring forward very important details in my attempts to bring a termination to actual criminal activities involving the realm of the subject of #GangStalking. Part of the issue in the field of attempting to bring law enforcement into the scope of this problem, law enforcement across the nation, for the most part, has not been an instrumental role to control these crimes that are actually victimizing many in our society. Up until April 6th, 2020, there was no official documentation that described gangstalking and the effects and the attitudes surrounding the victims to this --- identified as being Targeted Individuals. I myself am a Targeted Individual for 15 years. I still have no effective commitment that my interfaces to all of civil society have been altered into a conversation that occurred between Mike Bires and myself -- all I have is a call recording of the very argumentive positions that Mr. Bires has in fact blocked my communications without justifications and claiming my communications as harassment. Far far from the truth. I know that Mr. Bires will not meet our deadline made in this agreement to create a bridge of understanding between country and city resources that have already put blocks on my communications. We all here in San Bernardino need true assistance on what must be done -- I feel Mr. Bires is teaching some alternative scheme model. Therefore, your lesson plan has been put on to the top of this report of this overall history of actions between Mr. Mike Bires and myself, to include call recordings that are way out of whack on his attitude that as no justification to be present.
***** TAKE THE UNDERSTANDING that Mr. Bires as placed his acknowledgments that if there was an alternative staff to handle my needs, there was none. That the understanding the nih.gov research findings published on April 6th, 2020 is now new materials that need to be considered - he was unaware of -- even though this conflict manifests for now 2 months or more. Finally, he is said in consideration of conflict, "let's start over". At the time this call was occurring, I agreed about starting over -- but we are not going to ride the same unverified trusts that the conversations will not go sideways at the fault of Mr. Bires again, to my best ability. I would like a legal interface to our progress here and if there is any question, for sure -- follow up and I will be glad to meet that need to fully understand what is really going on in these circumstances. If Mr. Bires is, as an educator in the field of social media, so unsettled in the commitments to have just misdirected his actions accidentally of what is the law and not - to have violated my rights in this case, he will not mind the extra oversight in this matter.

DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW
